-I am fun & quirky in the class	-How to discipline students	-Give students time (1-2min) to chat at beginning of class, helps the settle down
-I like to make class fun	-Hot not to get stressed	-Instruction should be done with student interests in mind
-Strong with discussions	-How to keep class under control/on task	-Problematic students should be seen as leaders-take advantage of this
-Creative with lesson plans	-How to keep class entertained/engaged	-Have class discussions
-Enjoy poetry/art		-Model what you want kids to exhibit
-Enjoy grammar		-Have plants, low lights, nice smells
-Like to be eco-friendly in teaching		-Never discipline from where you teach

		-Legally have to be familiar with kids’ IEP, give accommodations or could be sued
		-Seek out accommodations students may need at the beginning of the year (when getting roster)
